Terms and Conditions
Welcome to our website. By continuing to use this website, you are agreeing to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions of use, which together with our privacy policy govern Core and Balance Physiotherapy and Pilates’s relationship with you in relation to this website.
1. Definitions
“Agreement”: these terms and conditions of business ("T&Cs") pertaining to the Services provided.
“Client”: person to whom the Services are provided.
“We”, ‘Us”: Core and Balance Physiotherapy and Pilates.
“Practitioners”: the professionals who deliver the Services at the Company’s premises.
“Services”: the services to be provided under the Agreement as listed at coreandbalance.com.
2. Opening times
Treatments are available Monday to Friday: 8.30am - 8.30pm.
3. How to book
Appointments need to be booked in advance by email or by phone.
4. Payments
The treatment fee is payable by bank transfer before the appointment.
We will provide you with the bank details upon booking.
Home visits incur an additional charge, as per our current price list.
5. Concession bookings
We offer concession prices for physiotherapy, 1-to-1 Pilates, and massage therapy. Treatments must be purchased with a single, upfront payment.
5 treatments: you save 5%, package is valid for 60 days after purchase.
10 treatments: you save 10%, package is valid for 120 days after purchase.
6. Clients under 16
Please note that all under 16 clients need to be accompanied by a responsible adult for all assessment and treatment appointments.
7. Cancellation
We would like to provide our Clients with appointments that best suit their schedule. Therefore, should you cancel your appointment, we kindly ask you to do so as soon as possible. To avoid Clients losing their opportunity to book a convenient time, in case of within 24 hours cancellations the whole fee is payable. If you cancel your appointment with more than 24 hours’ notice, no fee is payable.
8. Being late for treatments
We appreciate that our Clients have busy schedule and would like us to begin their treatment sessions at the booked times. Therefore, should you be late from your appointment, your session will be shorter.
9. Provision of Services
Our website, leaflets or other correspondence are not binding and reasonable variations may be made to the Services without notice, and the Services so varied shall be accepted as complying with the Agreement.
10. Warranties And Representations
Each party warrants and represents that, as at the date of this Agreement, it has full capacity and authority to enter into this Agreement. Your use of any information or materials on this website is entirely at your own risk, for which we shall not be liable. It shall be your own responsibility to ensure that any products, services or information available through this website meet your specific requirements. All other warranties (express or implied) are hereby excluded to maximum extent permitted by applicable law.
11. Modifications of our T&Cs
We reserve the right to modify our T&Cs without prior notice. When changes are made we will post them on this page of the website (www.coreandbalance.com/terms-and-conditions).
12. Governing Law And Dispute Resolution
The Agreement shall be governed by English Law. Any dispute under this Agreement shall be submitted to the exclusive jurisdiction of English courts.
13. Contact
By booking an appointment with Core and Balance Physiotherapy and Pilates accepting the terms and conditions, you are agreeing to receive general contact from us. This includes information such as your booking confirmations, appointment reminders and contact relating to your treatment support. This does not include unrelated promotions or marketing, for which you may provide your consent or revoke your consent at any time. For details see our Privacy Policy.
14. Force majeure
We shall be entitled to delay or cancel the delivery of Services or to reduce the amount of Services delivered if we are prevented from or hindered in or delayed in the provision of Services through any circumstances beyond our reasonable control including strike, lock-out, accident, war, government action, national emergency, act of terrorism, protest, riot, civil commotion, explosion, flood, epidemic, fire.
