15 Min Back Stretch & Spinal Mobility
Do you find yourself slouching forward in sitting? Take a short break and hop on your mat for 15 minutes to replace that “desk position” with a straight upright posture. You stand taller and feel lighter after stretching your back and mobilizing your spine in every direction.
