25 Min Legs, Glutes & Balance Workout

Join me for this 25 minute Pilates class strengthening your lower body and improving your pelvic stability. You will work your core, glutes, thighs, calves and even the small muscles of your feet during the workout. You will also practice a few balancing exercises to improve strength around the hips and knees as you follow along with the video. Strong leg and core muscles play a huge part in supporting the joints and improve your performance in other physical activities at the same time, so these exercises are well worth revisiting on a regular basis.
