Pilates for Balance & Lower Body Strength
Join me for this 25 minute Pilates class to improve your balance. The main part of the workout is packed with exercises to fire up the glutes and core muscles, completed with a few additional stretches. These exercises will require you to keep your mental focus as well, but with practice you will be able to keep a more centered body position without having to pay attention to it.
